Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our labor. We offer up to a two-year workmanship warranty on our labor, with specific terms that vary by service and are kept on file for the original customer. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and are governed by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, normal wear, or conditions outside the work we performed. If our workmanship fails within the warranty window, contact us and we will address it.

Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. If we cannot access the property or the conditions differ materially from what was described, scheduling and pricing may be affected. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.

By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP or by asking our dispatcher to stop.

Limitation of Liability
